How long does it take to setup my account?
Just a couple minutes. You can start fundraising almost instantly using a PayPal account. Credit Card and Bank payments require a simple electronic approval process that typically takes less than 24hrs.
Do you integrate with WordPress?
The spirit of GiveCloud is to replace tools like WordPress with a single integrated solution. However, many organizations will launch their GiveCloud account as a sub-domain of their main website. For example: give.localnonprofit.org.
Are there any transaction fees?
We NEVER charge any additional transaction fees on top of the fees required by banks, processors and credit card companies. We promise.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available for our Enterpise customers.
Need help setting up your account?
Enterprise on-boarding is available on all packages and includes a dedicated account manager, phone support and virtual training for $2,400.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. You can setup multiple sites under a single GiveCloud account (all of which are connected) and link to donation forms in specific currencies. Each currency would connect to a separate payment processor and issue it's own tax receipts, depending on the tax laws.
